1. When will I receive my ordered products?

To make sure you receive the highest quality snus we do not keep any in stock but order it straight from the manufacturer and then send it on to you. From the time of your placed order it never takes more than 48 hours before your snuff leaves our distribution center with exceptions of weekends and hollidays. An order that is placed late on a Friday can i worst case be sent on Tuesday. In most cases we ship the snuff the very same day! To minimize your waiting time we ship the consignment as a Swedish postal service (Posten) "first-class letter".

On the My account-page you can see the status of your placed orders. Note that the shipment time may vary based on the efficiency of postal services around the world.

2. I have only received part of my order.

The Swedish postal service's class 1 letter allows a maximum weight of 2 kg per consignment. Should your order exceed 2 kg, it will be split up into two or more consignments with a maximum weight of 2 kg each.

We always mail your consignments from Sweden at the same time, but due to the different postal services around the world it may take a different amount of time for each of them to reach you. Your remaining consignments should therefore arrive soon. If you believe your shipment has been delayed, please contact your local post office.

3. What is the CVC-number?

CVC
The CVC number is the last three digits of the number sequence on the back of your credit card. On American Express, the CVC-number is found on the front of the card and is four digits.

4. How do I pay at your website?

Orders made at SnusButiken are paid by credit card. You may use any of the following cards:

American Express
MasterCard
Visa

5. How secure is the credit card transaction?

The input of your credit card information is protected by encryption which means that no one from the outside will get access to your information. The technique used for this is named SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and is built on asymmetric public key cipher code. Read more about Payment & Security »

6. Why is my credit card not approved?

The most common reason for this message is that you have not typed in the correct card number. Please check that the card number is correct and that the card has not expired. The reason for this message can also be that the card is uncovered. Some cards have a limit on how much you can charge in a single week. The reason can also be that the connection with your bank is down at the moment. Our redemption company is connected to computer systems all over the world and it may be such that your bank and its computer system are disconnected when you try to make a payment. We advise that you try it again a bit later.

7. Has my order been processed?

At the My Account-pages you can see the status of your placed orders.

8. I have not received an order confirmation.

When you placed an order, an order confirmation was automatically sent to the email address you entered at the time of purchase. If you have not received one, we ask that you please check that the email address you entered was spelled correctly. If that is the case then email us your correct email address so we can send you a new order confirmation. It may also be that the server where your email account is located was temporarily disconnected when our order confirmation was sent to you. Our mail server makes repeated efforts to send the order confirmation to you, but if it does not get a connection after a few attempts it gives up with the consequence that you do not receive the order confirmation. Some costumers that have entered a Hotmail account claim they have never received the order confirmation. This may be because you have a “junk mail filter” that prohibits the message from reaching your inbox unless you have listed our email address info@snusbutiken.se on your “safe list”. If that is the case, your order confirmation will remain in your junk mail folder for a few days before it gets deleted. You can always log on to My Account to see the status of your placed orders. All you have to do is enter your email address and the password you received when you made your order. Should you not have your password with you, you can always send us an email and we will send out your password again.

9. What is the shipping fee to my country?

The cost of the shipment varies based on where you live. The price is based on the Swedish Postal Service's prices for priority mail. You can see the tariffs in the shipping-box on the order page and in the Shopping cart as you add products to it.

10. Why does prices differ within and outside the EU?

Snus being sold to countries within the EU contains Swedish VAT and selected purchase tax. Deliveries to countries outside the EU are free from these taxes. Should there be any charge, taxes or duty in the country where the snuff is being delivered, the receiver is responsible for these and will therefore be responsible for such a payment.

11. Which import regulations apply to my country?

Unfortunately, SnusButiken does not have access to the custom regulations for all countries around the world. You as a buyer are responsible for researching the rules and regulations that apply to your specific country. Should there be any charge, taxes or duty in the country where the snuff is being delivered, the receiver is responsible for these and will therefore be responsible for such a payment.

SnusButiken does not take responsibility in releasing or shipping replacement deliveries if the consignment gets stuck in customs.

12. How do I proceed if I have forgotten my password?

You can have the password sent to the email address you entered when you placed your order.

If you have a new address you can log in to My account and change the address information.

15. Do you send Snus to my country?

SnusButiken provides a service for snus users who live outside of Sweden. We do not ship any snus within Sweden. Should your country not be in the drop-down list could the reason be that snus import is prohibited in your country.
